How is the Double Coffee® bonus card activated?

To activate the bonus card, forward the following information: name, surname, personal code, e-mail address and the last 5 digits of your bonus card in the SMS form to the number +370 65027352 . Within the same workday, you will receive the confirmation call from our operator.

If you replace your old bonus card by a new one, indicate your old card number in the SMS. Your accumulated bonuses will be automatically remitted to the new card. Within the same workday, you will receive the confirmation call from our operator.

How is the bonus money accumulated?

When paying every bill in the Double Coffee® restaurant network, additional money will be accumulated on your bonus card in the amount of 15% from the bill. Give your bonus card to the waiter prior to paying the bill.

When ordering the exclusive Double Coffee® coffee by phone +3717297858, give the operator your Double Coffee® bonus card number, and additional money will be accumulated on your bonus card in the amount of 15% from the order.

Example:

Your bill in the Double Coffee® restaurant is 20,00 Lt. Having paid this amount, you will receive additional money in the amount of 15% from the bill. In this case, it will be 3,00 Lt.

How can bonus money be used?

You can pay up bills by the accumulated money in any restaurant of the Double Coffee® network. Give your bonus card to the waiter and inform that you will pay by the money accumulated at bonuses. On every receipt, you will see the accumulated cash amount/balance on your bonus card.
